To Publish Calendars from Outlook - Use the Outlook Calendar in the same way you currently use it.

To Convert Outlook Calendar to .ics Standard - Open iAppoint and click the Export vCalendar button. (Note: Future versions of iAppoint is may include a publish feature).

Publish the .ics file up to our server - Open Sunbird and publish the calendar to a WebDAV Calendar hosting account on our server.
Now you can view the Outlook calendar using our web interface or share you calendar with others.
