Q -Can you tell me more specifically
how it works for you to deliver a newsletter?
A - You can design your own newsletter and post it to your web site or our
designers can build a template and provide you with our 'word processor like'
Venue Editor which allows you to enter the content in that newsletter.
Once the newsletter is prepared you notify us to distribute it.
Q - Do we provide
you with the email list each month?
A - You can provide us with the email list for each delivery or if you choose
to let us manage your list for you then we will maintain it.
This includes removing bounces, removing remove requests, and adding new subscribes.

- What format is required?
A - You can provide a list of email account in any format. Our software
can extract email addresses from any type of file.
Q - Can you remove
duplicates on the list, and what is the charge for that service?
A - Our software automatically removes duplicate email addresses before each
delivery. There is no additional charge for this service.
Q - How do you
handle the problem of getting on spam lists?
A - Legitimate email can be reported as spam to your ISP. When we discover
our list server has been added to a black list we complete the ISP's requirements
to be removed from their black list. In addition, we use only nationally
recognized data center list servers. List servers are machines set up
for the sole purpose of sending legitimate bulk mail.
