We provide a monthly report of your site's ranking in over 30 search engines. We use only search engine friendly methods of reporting your ranking.

Content Management Solutions: The way to show search engines that the site is not dormant is to continually add content. Articles, news, etc. Minor tweaks will no longer help. For an additional fee we can provide the means to make it easy for you to add content through online tools such as blogs, forums, RSS feeds, and other CMS systems.
HTML cleanup may be necessary to streamline code-bloated pages for search engines. HTML cleanup may include making your site Section 508 Accessible or WAI Accessibility compliant. HTML cleanup is avilable for an additionial fee.
We tell you what not to do and why. For example, do not use text that matches the background color of your page, this practice is often used by amateurs, and is considered to be spamming search engines, which will get your site banned.
Backward Linking
Backward linking is important because it is a method search engines use to determine how to rank your site. According to Google's website - "PageRank interprets a link from Page A to Page B as a vote for Page B by Page A. PageRank then assesses a page's importance by the number of votes it receives."
We show you how to build up backward links to your web site. Backward linking services vary by industry and how much competition you have in your industry. This often involves paying for 3rd party directory link exchange services. This is often an expensive but necessary marketing strategy, especially if your competitors are using these services.

Yahoo Directory Submission - Yahoo's annual fee is currently $300.00 paid directly to Yahoo - submission does not guarantee that your site will be added to the directory, only that it will be reviewed and considered for inclusion within 7 days (this is not Venue Communications, Inc. policy, this is Yahoo's submission policy). Because of this policy, we let you decide if you want to pay their fee. The upside to having a paid listing at Yahoo is that it does help with getting into Google. They figure that if you paid $300, and a human looked at your site, it's probably good enough for their users! If you would like us to submit your site to Yahoo for you we will charge a $50.00 fee.
Please note: Our stat reports track how much traffic is coming from directories, which is very helpful when deciding if you should renew with paid inclusion directories. This service is included when we are hosting your site.
