The choice of domain name has no bearing on a site's ranking. In my opinion search engines put no relevance on the domain name and any keywords it happens to contain. Instead they put most relevance on content of each page of the site and how many quality links are coming to each of those pages.

I would use a domain name that is easy to remember and would not be confused with similar domains, regardless of if it happens to contain keywords. Think about popular sites like yahoo.com, facebook.com, google.com and godaddy.com. Those domains have nothing to do with what they actually sell and could apply to many things. Those domains are short, unique, memorable and not going to confused with similarly sounding domains.

One of our clients has the domain https://turning65nc.com. I think that's clever because he can tell somebody that name at lunch and they can remember it when they get home that night and look it up.
